01. Booking an appointment
Please use my online booking page to check available appointments and request your preferred service. An appointment is confirmed according to the confirmation you receive through Setmore.
If you are unsure which service to choose, send me a message first so I can help you select the best option.
02. Opening hours
I welcome bookings Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM–4:00 PM. Sunday is closed. Appointments depend on the availability shown on my booking calendar.
03. Prices & service time
Some treatments depend on the length, design or condition of your nails or hair. Please confirm any variable pricing, nail-art add-ons or treatment duration with me in advance. Where my website says “Ask for price,” the final amount must be confirmed before your visit.
04. Rescheduling & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact me as early as possible, or use the options shown in your Setmore confirmation. The specific notice period and any cancellation fees are still to be confirmed.
05. Arrivals & late appointments
Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, message me so I can advise whether the full service can still be accommodated. Any fixed grace period or late-arrival fee is still to be confirmed.
06. Deposits & payments
Deposit requirements, accepted payment methods and any refund conditions have not yet been published. Please contact me to confirm payment arrangements before sending any funds. Never send payment based solely on an unverified message.
07. Before your treatment
Please let me know ahead of time about any relevant allergies, sensitivities, skin or nail concerns, or questions regarding your chosen service. I can discuss whether a treatment is suitable or whether you should seek professional medical advice first.
08. Your booking information
When you book through Setmore, your appointment details are handled through its booking service. Please review Setmore's privacy information for how that platform processes booking data. If you contact me directly, I will use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry or arrange your appointment. More detailed salon-specific privacy terms will be added once confirmed.
